The staff was friendly and excellent, everything was perfect. Fairly clean hotel with a tastefully decorated apartment. The location is very central, near a nice mall, with a grocery store inside, and plenty of shops, restaurants.

Excellant and amazing location, right on the Union metro station. Very close to a very nice mall that has great food court and children activities as well as many good shops.

The breakfast is assorted, and the location is excellent so close to the mall within a blink of an eye, hospitals and medical centers and great food court...

Views are not so good.

This place is my go-to spot in the city, serving a variety of breakfast options and conveniently located in the Deira district near many dining venues and a good grocery store.

I booked it many times and would be happy to recommend. Thanks very much everyone for a really comfortable stay for a family visit. Exceptionally comfortable bed made my room extremely spacious and very specious. The breakfast was assorted, included different options. Excellent and favourable location near everything's, met the purpose.

Marvellous location - 10 min walk from the subway station. Tidy room with good bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Excellent service and a nice pool onsite.

I like the location,because of the metro station (Union),but its a little bit far from the rest...The appartment house from the hotel its really not bad,but we expect more! When u choose appartment,then it has to be like home! There was missing basic things like slippers!

The personal its nice,but not prepared to inform u about Dubai! Not well organised! Not so clean! Wi-fi -not free! And u have to pay 20% more taxes on the price of the hotel! I find not correct!

I appreciated the room with kitchen, the bed was big.

Cozy atmosphere, great location making it easy to get around. The rooms are big with super comfy beds 🛏️. They offer a variety of tasty food and hot drinks to enjoy.

Staff very friendly especially one who lived in Quebec, Canada. Sorry I don't remember is name but he was one of the most committed employee I ever meet.

The apartment here is beautifully decorated and the services are top-notch, with a separate toilet provided.

Hotel itself is very spacious and clean . But checking in and checking out is the worst in the hotel business too much waiting in the lobby I usually stay at Rotana almurooj for more than 3 years service and hospitality is the best there . I had to pay 3000 dirham for one night at your hotel but it was not worth it . Regards adeeb

We booked a two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. All our complaints were answered very quickly. There is even a free shuttle bus from hotel to some attractions and shopping malls.

The rooms were given to us very late after 3 pm.
